The Craft and Vendor show will take place Saturday June 19. with setup starting at 10am. and can sell till 11:30pm
you will need to bring your own table and cover/shade if you prefer. Please make checks payable to Ottumwa Pro Balloon Races

Direct Sales & Brand Identification
If you are an independent consultant or direct sales representative, you must list the company or brand name you represent, not just description of the products you sell.

Applications are reviewed based on the company or brand name listed on your registration form. Vendors who list only product descriptions instead of the actual company they represent may be denied if another representative of that company has already registered correctly.
The vendor who accurately identifies their direct sales company on the registration form will receive priority for that company.
Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable. If your application is denied because your company was not correctly identified on your registration form, no refund will be issued. It is the vendor's responsibility to complete the registration accurately before submitting payment.
To help us better plan the event and ensure event is filled with committed vendors, we have implemented a tiered registration pricing schedule. Registering and paying early guarantees the lowest rate.
Please note: Your space is not reserved until both your registration and payment have been received. Registration fees are based on the date payment is received, not the date you submit your application.

Vendor Row Booth Sharing Information
Vendor Row booth spaces measure 10' x 20'.
If you only need a 10' x 10' space, you may share a booth with another vendor. Both vendors must agree to share the space before registering and submit one registration together.
When registering, please include the following:

The names and contact information for both vendors.

A detailed description of what each vendor will be selling or displaying.

Clearly indicate that you are requesting to share a 10' x 20' booth.
Important: Each vendor is reviewed individually during the application process. If one vendor is approved and the other is not, the confirmation email will specify which vendor was accepted.
If your booth-sharing partner is not accepted, your original shared registration will no longer be valid. If you still wish to participate, you must submit a new registration, either as an individual vendor or with a different approved booth-sharing partner.
This policy helps us maintain a diverse Vendor Row by minimizing duplicate products while ensuring all vendors meet event requirements.
*Previous year vendor row businesses will have 30 days to register (August 8th) 60 days to pay(September 7) before their spot is no longer held for the 2027 year.
new vendor row vendors registering you could be placed on a waitlist until the window of opportunity passes for previous year vendors. if you are placed on a waitlist your FEE is paused on the date you register and will have a fair window of time to pay if time allows without the additional FEE.
*Anything other than Baked Goods is subject to a different approval route and may cost more but you will be added to a food vendor waiting list and notified if accepted*
