The 45TH Annual Ottumwa Pro Balloon Races 

Running in conjunction with the Elks lodge fundraiser event!

      In June 2023, community members and visitors will see the 45TH annual event. We have joined forces with the Ottumwa Elks Lodge #347 

​

The Ottumwa Pro Balloon Races will host 25 balloons for competition this year. 

​

So many years, so many memories, so much history in this wonderful event. Pairing with the Elks Lodge #347 means there will be a whole weekend packed full of fun! Both boards are working hard to create a fun-packed, family-friendly, event filled weekend. 

​

 The pilots, with their crews and their families, will arrive on Friday and flights will take place Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening.  Night glows are planned for both Friday and Saturday evening.
